I enjoy being out in the open air and practicing stillness as part of my spiritual growth. Visiting the sea has a way of calming my senses and bringing fresh perspective, the vastness of looking out to sea reminds me how small I am and my struggles in comparison. But more than that the currents and waves have an energy which is overwhelming, often inducing moments of clarity and reflection within myself.
